What happens if you take your name off the house deeds then make yourself bankrupt?

The chances are you will incur the wrath of the OR who can overturn the transaction. The Insolvency Service will see this as a deliberate act to hide an asset of yours. I am afraid that you can not do it - it is fraudulent.

Totally agree - you should not do this. You could get into serious trouble.
