Hi I have been discharged about 6 months now and am thinking about moving house.
I have rang up my bank they said it is ok. I would have to reapply for my mortgage to see if I could still afford the payments and have to be discharged and I have 5% equity in my house.
This was with Nationwide and they were not bothered about my BR as I have been discharged.
What I did not ask is what about if I have a BRO.
Can anybody answer this for me.
Many thanks.

Hi Daisy

that will be down to each mortgage provider

before you decide to move Just check what % APR they will charge you

unfortuantly as a BR you will get a higher rate some companies do not increase rate significantly unless you move house and take out new policy

shop around before you take plunge

regards Richard
