Hi m2000 and welcome to the forum

No - you will just need to fund the deposit of £345, and this will need to be paid in cash.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com

always worth taking the last 3 months bank statements PLUS proof of the benefits you are on as this process seems to be more work that the Br bit.

I went bankrupt in april 08 and also claimed a deduction of costs for benefits.Just for your information the court insisted on all benefit papers not being any older than 30 days.I just asked WTC ( working tax credit) to send me out a dated copy within the time limit,WTC are quite fast at acting but you may have to chase other agencies up

good luck

Nikki
