I filed for bankruptcy long time ago been discharged 6 yers now but me and my wife are in debt again badly have np assetts what restrictions in worse courts can put on me and how much does my wife have to pay to file as she is home work and all our debts are single debts no joint debts

Bankruptcy changed in 2004 (I think) so any BRs declared before this time would not go against you if you declared BR again.

If the debts are all in your name then these will be written off if you declare BR.

I would recommend speaking to the CAB, National Debtline or CCCS to see if BR is the right option for you rather than an IVA or DMP.
