Got a letter from the OR todayre early discharge , income / expenditure to complete. I was only BR on No 11th, from me returning the form what happens , timescale etc .........

Is this the form from which they decide if I get IPA , thankfully im not working at the moment so there is not a lot of disposable income for them to be looking at.

If theyagree early discharge how long does it take them to decide then do something about it ......

It is normally about 8 weeks however this is at the bottom of the OR's list of things to do so it can take longer. They will review the I&E you provide and see if you should be paying an IPA.

Receiving the EDREV at 3 months after BR must be some type of record

I never received an I&E form to fill in, I was not working at the time but I just looked at the Insolvency Register one day and found out I had been discharged early (6 months) I received a letter a couple of days later informing me

Hi , i thought itwas extremley quick aswel !! Just rang and left my expert a message so waiting on him calling me back. I got the letter back in January that my car was exempt and I thought that was quick aswel.

Expert had mentioned that people who may get ED usually get the paerwork in 6 month oor so , so i guess mine have been v.quick.

Goning to get it sent back ASAP !!

If you don't get an IPA before discharge then you will never get one. If you don't have an IPA there is no need to tell the OR about any income increases once you are discharged.
