Getting very excited , its so much bigger than where im living noo aswel so no need to move again as we wont be outgrowing the house any time soon. Cant see the house being sold by the L.lord either , 5 generations of her family have lived in there.

As it is not through an agent i have saved on the fees aswel as the credit check. Why pay £300 for them to tell me im BR , im well aware of that ha ha, dont need them to tell me.

Landlord has offered to pay for the decoratin of the 2 reception rooms as long as i do the manual work , well i love doing stuff like that so sounds like a deal to me. Lewis will have his bedroom plus a playroom in the next bedroom, cant wait. New start all round. She has just had the double glazing and kitchen and bathroom renewed !! The house over the road is for sale n its £375k !!

Paul .................... when you coming to visit !!

Might go to B&Q later , look at some wallpapers to keep myself happy n motivated !
