I was made BR on 16/02/2010 and my OR interview is arranged for next week. I have just received a letter from EGG confirming that they are aware that I have been made BR but they have gone on to state:
"We will be seeking payment from you for the full amount that you owe us under this agreement as at the date of your BR and we will be negociating with the OR for payment of the sum in full"
Is this normal or do I have to start the worrying process again? Pete
This is nothing to worry about. As they say, they are 'negotiating with the OR for payment of the sum in full' so they will be contacting the OR for the amount you owe rather than chasing you. With a bit of luck it should be the last you hear from them.
