I just been Discharge from Bankruptcy, Dose any once know where I can get a mortgage we have 40% as deposit. Or will it be 6 year before thinking of buying our on home again. I be greatfull of any advice people can give

You 'may' be able to get a mortgage as you have a decent deposit and don't necessarily need to wait for 6 yrs until your BR debts fall off your credit file. I can't help with companies that will let you have a mortgage but maybe other people on the forum have experience with this.

you will have to search with lots of financial brokers to find one that can assist. their are products on the market especially if you are putting in 40% deposit

ask them to proove that they have the product before you pay any money to them or a fee only payable on sucess. as some brokers want £500 just to search the market place.

Skippy Am i allowed to post details of a broker who i believe will be able to help ? or is that breach of rules
