Hi,
I could really do with some help and advice on bc, Iv read several forums that relate slightly to my situation, so what I really need to know is:

1) is it correct if im in negative equity and can get someone to buy the benificial interest in my house, the house will then be excluded from the bc?

2) Would a secured loan taken out on my home be left with the house or added to the bankruptcy?

any help will be much appreciated

1) yes, you can also buy it back your self

2)The secured loan would be left with the house, so you would have to be able to afford the monthly payments
