Hi All,

After my wife and I declared bankrupt in October 2010 we have just received a IPO quesstionnaire to complete and return within 14 days.

After reading some past posts I'm now quite worried the OR will now impose a IPO, even though he has allowed us to spend the last 5 months living on my wages. I know I might be panicking and all should be ok, but wondered if anyone who had an ED has the same kind of expenditure accepted.

This is for 2 adults and 1 child
Rent 900, Council Tax 150, Gas & Elec 120, Water 38, Telephone 40, Housekeeping 465, Essential Travel 100, Clothing 125, TV Licence 12, Insurance 77, Dry Cleaning 20, Dentist, Opticians 20, Hairdressers 25, Holiday 50, We have a disposable income of £89 and my wife contributes £80 child benefit but the examiner said this wouldn't be taken into account.

I am currently on NT tax code and paying moonbeever my tax until April.

Can anyone advise please.....

CFS

nice to see that you have got organised and plan to go BR later this year oct 2010 !

you have to fill the form in, so put down what you spend, if they have accepted the above figures when you went BR then they are fine

it is a normal review, so should not be aproblem

regards Richard

Thanks for the quick reply Richard, very organised uh........

I meant Oct 2009.

Just worrying, thought it was normal procedure so i'll just put my I&E down as it hasn't changed and see what happens.

Thanks

I think this is a standard (closngup the case) letter they we have all been set.

I was sent this form also two week ago asked to reassess my income and expenditure there was no change my end so just put in the same numbers. My I/E was the same as yours minus the holiday cost. From what my letter said this was done before applying for a early discharge now he has carried out his investigation in to my Bankruptcy and found nothing untoward. I when Bankrupt in Oxfordshire in October 2009

Hi
I too was sent a letter from the OR stating about ED. I filled out a I & E form and sent it back on 18 Jan 10, still not heard anything. My form was basically the same as when I went BR on 28 Sept 09. My court was Maidstone.
Probably wont be too long now before I hear anything, its nearly 7 weeks now!!
