Hi
What if my outgoings exceeds my monthly take home in the SOA.
Do I have to make my calculations so as to leave a surplus or itis to the OR to look for what is reasonable expenses.

No - you have to truthfully put down what you actually spend - although the OR will need to know how you are funding the shortfall.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com

Hi abd
My incomings were just £5 more than my outgoings - certainly makes you plan out every penny.
When are you at court?
