I have received a letter from a company acting on behalf of the Bank I owe money to. They say they will take me to court tomorrow unless I pay £100. As I am going to court 2 days later to petition for bankruptcy what should I do ?
Just get in touch with them at the details provided on the letter to state you are filing for bankruptcy on...at.....County Court and they will cease any further action.
