I live with my dad who i pay rent and housekeeping. Its an informal arragement. Do i still require a rent book? At the bottom of section 8.2 there is:-

'You must take or send to the Official Receiver a copy of your lease or rent agrement. A rent demand or rent book will help you if you do not have a copy agreement.'

Also section 6.7 asks:-

'How much do other members of your household contribute each month to the household expenses'.

Not sure how to interpret that one as its strictly not 'my household'. Would i still have to enter a figure for what my dad pays in utillity bills, council tax, tv license etc?

Just mention you live with your father and there won't be any need for a rental agreement.

You can ignore the question regarding other members of the household and their contribution. When you list your I&E just put the amounts down that you contribute each money for rent, utility bills, etc.

No, no need for a rentbook.
