I have read that DLA is discounted from bankruptcy. So do i declare this at all in form 6.28? If i do and its shown that i have a surplus of benefit income in section 7 outgoings can the system throw a Income Payments Agreement (IPA) at me so i have to pay some amount over 3 years?

it is not discounted and you should put it down. if you whole income is from benefits you will not get an IPA. if it is mixed wage and benefits then the IPA can only be taken from the wage part
