Hi all, could someone advise me please, i am going br in early april and have a car on a fsla which i need for work, it has now been passed on to a DCA who rang me last night and wanted to make an appointment to "find a solution" as they put it,it is obvious they are only interested in the car as they wanted me to have the car at home and have the log book as well,as the car is on a fsla they cant have it can they, i am £1000 in arrears on the account due to a failed iva application, shall i just leave it till my br or will they be able to take me to court before this date, i realise i may lose the car in br but i am accepting of that but not the dca taking it, i hope this makes sens, any advise would be grateful. BY the way the DCA is close credit management.

Just to update, they have just rang me again to try and arrange a visit to which i said no several times, eventually they realised i wasnt going to budge so they now say legal proceedings will commence, i guess i will be br before they can take me to court, does anyone agree so my mind is put to rest a bit, i havent told them im going br by the way.

if it is on a fsla then why not sell the car because it is yours to sell as fsla is not hp. Then with the money buy a car worth less than 2000 and with money left pay the br fees new washing machine etc. and give the rest to the OR
