Building Insurance for house awaiting Repo?

HI

Our insurance company won't insure the empty house when we move out

so what do we do? We want the house to be repossessed but what about it being uninsured? How did the rest of you get by?

just tell the mortgage company, if they dont insure it themselves, it is them that will lose out
