Hi
My Husband has downloaded the forms off the internet yesterday and so I have been looking through them and have a couple of questions..
On the "Do you claim any benefits or tax credits?" question, does he say no because I claim them and I arent in the bankrucptcy...
And on the outgoings questions, I'm slightly confused about what I can write, can I include Hoildays? Or spending for our child? What can be ok to be put down
I hope someone can help, the forms are really worrying...

If only your husband is declaring BR then you should only put down his income.

There is a list of things that can be claimed and their guideline amounts on the following spreadsheet - www.insolvency.gov.uk/DocumentLibrary/Policy/Excel/Household%20Expenditur.xls

Holidays aren't always allowed. You can put down whatever you spend on your child for clothes, food and school meals.

If you claim tax credits as a couple then he would have to put them down.
