Hi All,

Well how the time has flown! 27/4/09 was when I went BR so this time last year I was $h!tt!ng myself - all for nothing it has been a painless and very posative experience.

I like many have had an ED letter which I completed and returned last month - though it stated it would take several weeks to evaluate - I assume my aoto discharge will occur before it on the 27/4/10???

However I have had a letter statting that the OR wishes to be released as trustee and has written to the Secratary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills???

What does this mean - is it just part of the ED application so the OR can be free from me and my case?

Cheers

CK

Morning Curlykid

It is purely another admin letter the OR has to send out.

When you went bankrupt the OR will have been appointed your trustee in bankruptcy.

Once he has done everything he needs to do (or more usually once your 12 months are up) he has to obtain his release as trustee, and, to do this he has to give you notice (just in case you had any objection!)

P.S.

Sorry, should have added - you don't need to do anything
