Hi
I was bankrupted in 2006, its been a long story but to my main point, i want to pay 100% of what i owe but am not being allowed by the trustee, he seems to just be running up his bill asking for the same info time after time. He has been caught lying by my partners solicitor, been caught withholding info from his own solicitor, causing problems with tenants so they leave, been rude to my bank, been rude and malicious to my business partner, been semi racist to my partner, the list go on and on and i do not know what to do? all i want is a figure and pay the thing so i can move on with my life. I know it was my fault i got into this mess but surely this ncannot be right.
Regards

Doug

Hey doug, welcome to the forum. That sounds awful and can't be right at all. I'm sure one of the experts will be along shortly to advise you. Viki X

Your Trustee sounds as if he is asking to be reported to his regulatory body for misconduct. Like you say it is probably a long story both sides, but you would do no harm in taking some professional advice of your own in order to deal with this.

Can I suggest that you give Paul Johns who posts on this site a call. He specialises in brokering deals with Trustee's and may be able to point you in the right direction.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com

Hi Doug and welcome to the forum.

Given your situation, why not contact each of your creditors directly and get settlements. Once this is done, you could get your BR annulled. In addition to Paul Johns, Brett England also excells in this particular area.
