Well I'm ploughing through the Statement of Affairs form online, which I must say takes some stress out of the paperwork. However, I have two questions for the experts:-
Should a property lost through repossession be listed in section 9.1?
Also online - motor vehicle is listed in section 3.7, and instructions state that the vehicle should also be listed at section 3.1. But, unlike paper form, there is no sub-section 3.1.14 specifically for listing the vehicle. Which sub-section of 3.1 should I list the vehicle in?
