In the online form - State of Affairs 6.28 (NOT the paper or print off form), you are asked to give details of any motor vehicles owned in section 3.7. It also states that you must include any such vehicle in 3.1 - the list of assets. But there is no specific category for motor vehicles in 3.1 in the online version of the form.
The Insolvency Service online forms helpine (0845 602 9848 - very nice people)told me this morning to list the vehicle as 'any other property owned'.
