http://www.bankruptcyhelp.org.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=9991

Hubby went BR 14th jan usual process til now , my husband salary is paid into my own account towards all family bills , the OR has requested details of account of which salary is paid into ! I feel very loathed to give my account details im not BR ! im not hiding anything but just dont see its right . should he open an account himself to get he wages paid into ? which seems stupid cause it would all be transfered anyway .

The OR will need to see where the money as gone. Personally, I don't really see an issue with letting the OR see your account (when I was married we both knoew what each other had moneywise anyway & operated as one unit. However, the OR can't make you show your account.
