I'm wondering if someone can help me with this..

My husband is thinking of becoming bankrupt this year and I'm just trying to sort through our financies so that I can put them down on the expenditure or at least see if he will have enough to contritube to a IPA.
Do I put down everything on the list...
Like do I put down what I get for our child and myself?? Which I'm thinking why should I...because its his debt? I have hobbies that I like doing and my Virgin TV, I dont think I should be stopped from doing them because I'm including the whole income...

He gets his income and we also get CTC and WTC but we're always left with next to nothing at the end of the month..

This is what I've got so far per month;

Rent £475
Council Tax £108
Food/Clothes £450
Gas £35
Electric £28.50
Water £35
T Mobile £75 - includes my laptop & husband's work hours
Virgin £48 includes line rental, TV & Broadband sometimes it changes due to the telephone
Car Insurance £69
Home Insurance £22
Pet Insurance £35 - cat & dog
TV Licence £12
Petrol £350 - his work travelling
Hairdressers £30
Prescriptions £10
Hoildays £25

Car Tax £140 (every 6 months)

To know the road ahead, ask those coming back.

You misunderstand, the reason they ask about the whole income and expenditure is NOT to take any of your money or stop you doing anything you want to. They just want to know that the Partner/Wife is paying a fair share of the household ougoings
