Hi
Do not worry about your name going in the local press - unless you have a business and that business has been "controversial" in its dealings you are not going to appear.
You will, however appear in the London Gazette, Stubbs Gazette and on the Insolvency Register. You can also (probably) be found with a "Google" search!!
But, hey, who do you know that reads anynof the above publications???
