Hi all.
We went bankrupt at the beginning of March and the default notices have only just started to arrive.
The one from Capital One states that:

'The Bank will not take you to court to get a judgment against you for the amount that you owe under this agreement whilst the Bankruptcy order is in place'.

This doesn't mean they will when we get discharged does it?

Thanks

Hi,

No, the debt is captured within your BR.

Do not worry. If they write to you - refer the letter to the OR to dael. If they call you on the phone say that you are BR, the court that dealt with it and the reference number

Regards, Richard
