Is there any Limit of Liability on HP?

I have a vehicle that was bought through my previous company (now dissolved due to insolvency) that also had a personal guarentee against it (noted in my BR).

However, as neither the OR or the HP company have actually chased me about it (now for some 15 months) I am starting to wonder whether they ever will as it seems to have slipped through a gap.

The question I have is will the HP company always have an interest in it or is there some sort of time limit where they have to take action?
