hi all. i have a question regarding outstanding council tax. I was declared bankrupt in February this year. I have just recieved new council tax bill for 2010. on the bill it says we have an outstanding amount of £237.12 from 2009. Would this debt be included in the debt which was weritten off with the bankruptcy. I also think another one of our payments is still to come off that outstanding amount.
