When I finally fill in the forms, do I include as income the £500 that my ex-husband pays for our daughter's keep? My only income is that and benefits. It is going to cause enormous problems if he sees his money going to pay my debts instead of keeping his child in comfort.Oh dear.

Hi Clara

You do need to list all your income however I think the chances of you paying anything towards your debts range from highly remote chance to no chance,
