I went bankrupt last year 1st May to be exact, and was discharged in October. The last couple of weeks I have had a couple of phone calls from fairfax solicitors, asking me to confirm my details and they tell me that they have sent a letter to my wrong address regarding some matter or other. I asked what it was about and they said they cant reveal until i go through scurity info with them, of which i am not prepared to do expecially as they dont even have my correct address!!! has anybody else had contact from this company following a bankruptcy??? i basically told them that they have no business calling my number as i have no reason to require them!!!
