Afternoon all,

I wonder if anyone can help with this one please? I currently have an IPA, however I am £100 short this month and will not be able to pay the whole amount on the usual due date. I will have the whole amount 5 days later though and I wondered if I explained this to Moonbeever, would they make an exception this once and let me pay 5 days later than my usual date?

Thanks

xmas baby

They may well do.

You need to speak to them and explain the situation.

It should be ok but they may want to know why the payment will be late. If you are having problems with the IPA amount and are being left short each month then you should see about getting another I&E done and maybe reducing the IPA amount.
