If I am only on benefits, how much will the OR take via an Income Payment Order

If you are on benefits you will not get an IPA and hence pay nothing. The OR will only take moneys if you have a surplus after your SOA.

And your surplus must be more than £99 per month.

and the surplus must be made up of non benefit income to qualify

If you are on a long term benefit, such as incapacity benefit, employment support allowance etc then the OR can ask for an IPA if you have a disposable income over the £100 threshold

no they do not, if it your only income, they used to ask for a voluntary contribution but stopped doing that over a year ago

as debtinfo has said they USED to ask for a voluntary contribution but you could refuse and they could do nothing about it .
