Does the OR always contact a landlord and if so is it in writing or by phone. I am anxious that my landlord does not find out about my br should it go ahead. And my bank account is a paperless one how would the OR view this. Any advice appreciated please
Hi, I went BR last October, I rent an apartment and have a car for work. They told me they had to write to Landlord so decided to write to him first, was surprised that he was fine about it as long as the payments were going to continue. Put a case forward to the OR for my car and they agreed to me keeping that to so I guess be honest with people, ask and keep your fingers crossed. Good luck!
