hi me and my husband were made bankrupt on the 7th of april 2010, but only my name is on the insolvency register, why is this? where is my husbands name?????

they ve decided to let him off ?
No sometimes it takes a couple of days, sometimes human error plays a part.
Have you have your interview with the OR yet ? mention it then ?
as he has been made BR, he may need to make certain he is on the register or else the creditors may continue to chase.
On the registry entry, it should list your OR and point of contact just drop them an email and it should be sorted
