Its been a while since I posted on here. I have today received 2 letters from the OR office dealing with me, the first was a letter Im assuming to my creditors telling them is insufficient assets to divide between them. The 2nd is Notice Under Section 279 of the insolvency act 1986.
I have not been asked to fill in ED forms and I have checked the insolvency website and under status it says discharged as of 19th April.
If I am discharged what a fantastic early birthday present my birthday is next week.
I have re-read the letter and it definately says I was discharged on the 19th April, I think I was panicked cos of not having to fill in ED forms.
I hope yours goes as smooth as mine did!! I can now start making plans for mine and my childrens future, my daughter is due to have a major operation on her hip this year and I am moving to Coventry to be closer to my parents, I can start these plans earlier as I wasn't going to start planning the move til September which is when my automatic dishcharge would have been.
