Hi Bang up

you need to contact you trustee or OR

they will then work out your income and expenditure, probably best if you get your original from BR petition, then from your bank accounts for the last few months get an actual i spent Xy on fuel.

list everything that you spend they may choose not to allow certain expenditure.. for example TV media package,

Yes you can appeal but the onus is on you to show why you cannot pay the IPA as it was arranged from the figures you provided on your petition.

change of job, loss of overtime etc is all reasons that the OR will be open to discussion.

Good luck post back with how you get on

regards Richard

You will need to contact Moon Beever and they will send you a new I & E form. It will then be reassessed by the OR/RTLU.

If they aren't helpful then contact the OR/RTLU dealing with your case.

I had my IPA reduced and it was a simple procedure so don't worry x

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

33 IPA payments made, 3 to go - the end is in sight!
