CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT COMPLICATIONS THERE ARE WITH GOING BANKRUPT FOR SECOND TIME WAS DISCHARGED FROM BANKRUPTCY OVER 5 YEARS AGO NOW AS WE ONLY HAVE £90 LEFT AFTER BILLS SO MY DEBTS GETTING OUT OF CONTROL ANY ADVICE BE GREAT FULL
Generally there is now no difference between a first and second bankruptcy, as long as you have already been discharged from your first one.
The exceptions are if your first bankruptcy resulted in a Bankruptcy Restriction Order/Undertaking or if you haven't been discharged for any reason.
There were slightly different rules if your first bankruptcy was before April 2004, but I think its all the same now.
The OR may look a bit closer at how and when your debts arose, but the rules re discharge etc are the same
Hope that helps
