Hi

How will I know when I am discharged from my BR?

About 5 weeks ago I filled in my ED forms and sent them back the sameday, will they write to me?

I was declared BR on 27/10/09.

Thanks for your help

Dez

Hello Dez,

Have a look on the Insolvency Service website - do it daily, if it is not shown as discharged as yet.

Good luck, Richard

Dez

The OR will serve you with a sealed copy of Early Discharge from court. The date of the seal is the date you will be discharged

Hi Matthew, don't worry, welcome to the forum and the more the merrier! Advertising isn't allowed (although professional experts can have their details in their signature), so I didn't remove the link as it wasn't advertising anything.

I agree with Skippy, and welcome to the forum Matthew.

It's not advertising and is an acceptable link.

Good luck Dez!

Hi

I was not trying to be a party pooper - I simply flagged up your post as I saw a link and was not sure on protocols as to whether your post constituted an advert for business.

I fully accept what Skippy and Kallis have said and wish you good fortune.

There have been some posts from people over the 9 months that I have posted here that have simply "used" the site for gain.

I welcome you to the forum and hope that I did not cause offence, My regards, Richard
