My husband and I are going to court tomorrow...eek!

Do we get to keep one of the copies of the SOA's...or do I need to do an extra one for us to keep hold of?

thanks in advance x

Hi

It is normal for the court to request three copies. If this is the case, you will get one back, one for the court records and one for the OR.

I wish you well, Richard

Try to get a good nights sleep both of you.

It will be over in a matter of minutes and you may not even see the judge (depends on the court)

If you do see the judge you do not need to worry either - you will be in and out within 5 minutes - the judge is not there to grill you.

I wish you both well and post back, Regards, Richard
