I intend to declare myself bankrupt, but wonder whether or not I can continue to make maintenance payments to my ex wife for my two children during the process?

Hi Jason.e and welcome to the forum.

The Statement of Affairs you present to the court does make allowances for child support/maintenance payments, so that should be fine.
