Hi,Does anyone know the procedure at Walsall County Court?

Hi Julie

This is one of the better courts to present a bankruptcy petition and I have been to almost 70 of them over the years, The whole procedure is about 45 mins very friendly and proffesional you seldom see the judge and no phone call before you leave try and get a 9.15am appointment you will be out by 10am.
