Hi all again need your help should we continue to make token payments to creditors as agreed in our DMP or cancel standing orders any help much appreicated.

Hi

Sounds like you are going in circles and are not sure what to do. You are actually at risk of taking too much advice as from the previous posts it is conflicting.

I would recommend that you make a list of the positives and negatives for IVA, DMP and bankruptcy and see which one works best for you.

Unless you decide what you should do then you will definately be in the same position in a years time.

Pick someone you trust - who in not emotionally involved - and work it through with them.

Thats good advice from paul, although you can get lots of advice, at the end of the day you have to live with the consrquences and you need to make the decision
