i live with my partner and seperated from my wife approx 18months ago,am going through divorce. I pay towards all the bills at my partners and give her £1090 pcm. when i spoke to a few companies about Bankrupcy they said as i have lived with my partner for approx 14 months i have a stake in her property i have been told that an official receiver will say i have an interest in her property and i would be expected to tell her to remortgage at the end of my Bankruptcy is this true

hi

over time the official receiver could argue this position. However as you have been there for only 14 months I don;t think that this is a likely outcome.
