I owe over £50,000 - £20,000 of that is my student loan taken out in 1998
- I am getting near the threshold where I will have to start paying back my student loan, but simply cannot afford to and feel I am faced with years of struggle to try and get my head above water. Would bankruptcy wipe out my student debt. I do not own any property.

High RickJ, fairly quick answer here for you....
Student loans are not included in Bankruptcy proceedings.

Hope you get it sorted out.
