Could anyone recommend or advise on getting the valuations-I think someone said you need two- to calculate the BI on my house.

Any advice on getting a low valuation would be helpful, obviously and who to use and how much to pay.

Thanks

Hi,

I suggest two local independent estate agents.

Do not say it is for BR - say you are looking for a possible quick valuation as you are looking at relocation.

Also look on Rightmove to see and other portals such as finda property etc for a feel.

Valuations are on the increase.

Good luck, Richard
