Just checked the Insolvency Website and it states I was discharged early on 25/5/2010. Went bankrupt in early Dec 2009 after having to fail my IVA due to job loss etc...was one of the hardest decisions to make and one I a not very proud I had to make in the first place! Everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic, from my IVA provider to the court, the judge and especially to all you guys on here. I only posted a few times but have found this site invaluable as it makes you feel like you are not alone or a criminal!!I got early discharge forms through to complete in early April and sent them straight back. So the whole process has taken just under 6 months. I have to say the feeling of relief to know I am finally debt free is fantastic. I just wanted to share my good news with you all and say thanku for helping me through it

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurhman) RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
