received a letter from o/r stating that my file has been concluded and will file for early discharge how soon will i be discharged

depends on the area of the country anything between 6 - 12 weeks, nothing you can do to speed it up except keep head down

sadly it is still not guaranteed that you will get ED it is also down to the courts and how busy they are. EDs are really low priority for them.
Keep an eye on the insolvency service register and keep your fingers crossed if you do get ED you will probably see it on the register before anything else.
