can my wife get credit for a car if am in bankruptcy just a few months ago she was turn down by dfs(santander)is one of my debt!!

Your BR won't affect your wife. She can always check her own credit rating at one of the credit rating companies (Experian, Equifax or CallCredit) to see what her rating is.
