however they may have some minor issues with people linking the address to credit applications in that case the parents will have to register a letter of dissassociation with equifax, experian and issues should be resolved
credit files are per person not per address so unless he shares the same first name of his father and he does not hold any joint financial commitments with them ie. joint accounts there should be no problem. as richard has said a letter of disassociation can be done but if there are no financial associations in the first place it may be unnecessary
