My IVA should fail any day now and I have the funds to go BR. After speaking to my employer it looks like I will have to leave my job...and start looking for work....that's ok with me...new life new job. The only thing I own is my car....10 year old Peugeot...but it is reliable. As I might need it in the future for work what's the chance of me keeping it? Also can my creditors prevent me going BR after the IVA fails? Thanks all.

if your car is worth less than £2000 and you need it for work or to look for work then the OR will have no problem with it and exempt it,
creditors can not stop you declaring BR after your IVA has failed make sur you have a failure certificate when you go to court though or you can be refused

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurhman)
RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
