Hi All, Having gone BR in February, I was notified by the OR that an IP from RSM Tenon had been appointed. I have now received a letter stating that a creditor meeting will be held in July to agree the IPs renumeration - seems rather bizarre as from my view point any fee they charge will just make the creditor position worse?

I would be grateful if anyone with experience of this could shed some light for me.

It is what it says it is, The trustee is paid to do a job and the creditors agree what they will be paid, It is usually just a formality as there is a standard set of guidance that they usually stick to
